MasterChef All Stars hit Brazil, Sweden

A Swedish network and a pair of Brazilian channels have picked up the remake rights to MasterChef: All Stars from Endemol Shine Group.

TV4 Sweden and Brazil’s Bandeirantes and Discovery Home Health have acquired the format, which is a spin-off from cooking competition MasterChef in which former contestants from the original series compete to be crowned the ultimate champion.

Endemol Shine Brazil will produce a 10×75′ first season for Bandeirantes and Discovery Home Health, while Endemol Shine Nordics’ Meter TV will create an 8×44′ first season for TV4.

Meanwhile, TV3 in Denmark has commissioned a third 12×42′ season of the series from Metronome DK, which is also part of Endemol Shine Nordics.
