Job Description:

A fantastic opportunity has arisen, and Motive are looking to appoint an enthusiastic Operations Co-ordinator to join our existing team based in Covent Garden, London. This is a fast-paced and exciting role, in a successful and growing Scripted Television Production Company. If you have a passion for television, numbers, and process, this could be the role for you.

Your Role
The role covers a multitude of operational responsibilities including Invoice reconciliation and payments, operational co-ordination, and financial reporting.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities
  • Invoice reconciliation and payments
  • Payroll payments and co-ordination with accountants
  • Personal expense management and reconciliation
  • Petty cash processing and management
  • Some Office Management requirements including basic IT, ordering stationery and co-ordination of officebased projects
  • Weekly Reporting across all Motive Accounts
  • Travel co-ordination and payments
  • Other relevant operational duties to support the Operations Manager

Job Requirements:

Skills
  • A clear passion to learn and help drive the operational side of the business
  • A clear willingness to work across multiple disciplines and tasks
  • Knowledge of Film/TV production and a clear passion for the industry is a big plus
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications such as Excel
  • Knowledge of Xero is desirable
  • Excellent communication skills and desire to be a team player
  • Ability to confidently work on your own initiative
  • Clear attention to detail and analytical attitude
