Israeli fund enters Finland

Israel’s TV Format Fund has teamed up with Finland’s Profict Partners to identify investment opportunities in the Scandinavian country.

TV Format Fund was launched last year by entrepreneur Alon Dolev and Rubicon Business Group to finance and develop internationally focused TV formats.

The partnership with Profict, which is leading the Finnish government’s funding programmes for business initiatives in various fields, will look for investment opportunities in Finnish content, including formats. The fund will also provide exposure for Israeli formats in which it is investing.

Projects will receive joint funding through TV Format Fund and either the Finnish government or private Finnish companies.
