ID special to probe US college assaults

US network Investigation Discovery (ID) has ordered a one-hour special about sexual assaults at American universities.

Sexual Assault in College: Tamron Hall Investigates will air on April 30 and features interviews with two assault survivors from US universities.

The show, which will broadcast on ID in the UK on August 29, is produced by US-based Peacock Productions with Lloyd Fales and Knute Walker executive producing.

Henry Schleiff, group president of ID, American Heroes Channel and Destination America, said the show would “not only shine a light on the growing number of reports of sexual violence among college students, but will also empower our viewers to demand necessary action be taken to put an end to these attacks, once and for all.”
