BT brings in Vice Media content

Vice on TV nightly show Vice Live

UK telco and channel operator BT has struck a deal that will allow its subscribers to watch Vice Media’s content across its services.

Vice on TV (fka Viceland) will become available to BT customers from March 11, with shows also available across the telco’s on-demand offerings.

Programming including the second season of Slutever, a show from Karley Sciortino exploring sex, gender and love, and two-hour nightly show Vice Live, will be available.

The deal also gives BT customers access to library programming including documentary Hate Thy Neighbour, about the far right, dancing doc My House and drag series The Trixie & Katya Show.

Last year the youth-skewing media group appointed A+E Networks CEO and president Nancy Dubuc as CEO, replacing Shane Smith who became executive chairman.
