Avalon, The Agency join forces

UK talent agency The Agency and management and production company Avalon are joining forces to form a talent representation business including writers, actors, directors and comedians.

Avalon has acquired a majority stake in the business, which has offices in New York, Los Angeles and London.

The Agency, which represents writers, directors, creatives and IP across film, TV and theatre, as well as writers and illustrators of children’s literature, will continue to operate under the leadership and management of its partners.

Stephen Durbridge, co-founder of The Agency, said: “Avalon and The Agency have collaborated for many years. This closer association will allow our company to continue to expand, particularly in the international marketplace.
