Two matriarchs are at war: Detective Hannah Laing, a mother fighting to protect her son Christian; and Dubravka, figurehead of the Mimica crime family and mother of Christian’s lover, Bianca. In a game of cat and mouse, Hannah races to expose the Mimicas before Dubravka discovers the couple’s whereabouts.
