Job Description:

We are looking for an outstanding executive to join our highly motivated, creative and ambitious sales team, based either at our headquartersin Unterfoehringnear Munich or in our central London office, just off Oxford Street.

What you can expect in this role:
  • Drive sales of Red Arrow content in Italy, Spain, Portugal, Turkey and Israel, across all genres and programme types
  • Achieve jointly agreed sales and earnings targets
  • Maintain excellent relationships with existing clients and proactively seek new ones, across all media
  • Negotiate all contractual points up to the conclusion of the license agreement
  • Identify new business opportunities for coproductionsand pre-sales
  • Develop a deep understanding of the market and the competitive landscape
  • Prepare client pitches, presentations and offers
  • Represent Red Arrow Studios International at industry events and markets
  • Report to SVP Global Sales

Job Requirements:

Your essential experience & education
  • Completed studies in business administration, media management or other suitable studies
  • At least several years of professional experience in content sales
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English, Spanish or Italian
  • Deep understanding of the media industry
  • Exceptionally high focus on results and goals
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Highly motivated and flexible, with a strong sense of responsibility and personal initiative
