In a Nutshell
Reporting to the Global Head of Procurement, the Procurement Manager Media Production is responsible for strategic sourcing of production services for Red Bull Media House. In addition, you will be in charge for setting up a supplier relationship management and performance rating of production companies. You act as an integrated part of the organization, being a partner for the content development and production and adding value to the Organization. You execute a state of the art Strategic Procurement policy and help to further improve it.

Acquisition & Development
In this position, you will define purchasing recommendations that support business goals, in collaboration with stakeholders. In addition, you will negotiate pricing, terms and conditions of contracts with key production companies.

Target Setting & Reporting
You will set, track and achieve Procurement targets. Additionally you will report commercial and performance KPI’s to the management.

Strategy & Planning
You will enforce the execution of supplier relationship management procedures and other supplier and outsourcing guidelines, obligations and service level agreements within the business units. Additionally you will identify, interview and qualify potential new strategic Production Partners in order to secure more cost-effective sources of products and services. You communicate to all stakeholders the added value and results that Procurement brings to the organization.

Operational Management
In order to ensure quality of service, you will monitor vendor, service provider and/or contractor performance.

Projects & Support
In this position, you will set-up and drive projects in order to achieve the Procurement targets.

Job Requirements:

  1. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in similar procurement role in combination with project and process management
  2. Understanding of media market and state of the art media procurement processes
  3. Ability to drive the delivery of financial, operational and performance objectives against agreed targets
  4. High level of personal energy and drive
  5. Excellent analytical skills
  6. Experienced in working within a fast-paced environment, within a global organization
  7. Strong communications skills (verbal and written) in English and German
  8. Strong working knowledge of contracts
  9. Advanced level Microsoft Excel skills
  10. SAP experience desirable
