Job Description:

TRX are expanding their Client Services Team and are specifically looking to recruit a Client Services Executive.

The team are keen to meet enthusiastic, forward thinking people who are passionate about being part of a dynamic team and an exciting start-up changing the way television rights are bought and sold.

Who are we?
The Client Services team are the eyes and ears of TRX and are responsible for ensuring all client needs are met promptly and professionally. Our aim is to provide an excellent, clear service where a positive client experience is key.
This includes, client support, onboarding and training. We establish relationships with clients all around the world and aim to maintain and build them. Our clients valued feedback helps shape TRX’s development.

The Role
Key responsibilities and duties:
  • Working hand in glove with the Head of Client Services. Assisting in all areas and interpreting and executing client services strategy as directed
  • Point person in the client services team, overseeing and contributing to a wide range of operational activities of the CS team members. Including but not limited to:
  • Setting up clients (buyers and sellers) onto TRX, helping to answer any queries and ensure all required information is accurate and complete
  • Giving demos to new users and provide training sessions where necessary
  • Producing a range of reports (including client activity) for both internal and external use
  • Account managing key accounts and projects
  • Collating (and producing where required) metadata and onboarding titles onto TRX by creating programme pages for them
  • Setting up logs and workflows to monitor and facilitate client activities, accounts and business processes – helping to optimise the user experience and maximise transactions
  • Organising data and assets and update TRX’s CRM
  • Dealing with day-to-day client queries, log and deal with any issues promptly and professionally, reporting all client feedback
  • Providing general guidance and support to clients

Job Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years experience in TV production, TV distribution and / or broadcast work streams
  • Knowledge of metadata and digital file formats
  • Experience using content, rights and client management systems is preferred
  • Experience in an online environment is preferred
  • The ability to work under pressure across multiple accounts and to tight deadlines
  • The ability to manage your own workload and those in the team
  • Flexible and adaptable
  • A motivated team player with a proactive and can-do approach
  • Strong communication skills with the confidence and enthusiasm to build relationships
  • Excellent attention to detail & organisational skills
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel skills and knowledge of Google docs
