ProSiebenSat.1 Group is one of the largest independent media houses in Europe. Advertising-financed free TV is our core business. With the stations SAT.1, ProSieben, kabel eins, sixx, SAT.1 Gold and ProSieben MAXX we are the number 1 in the German TV advertising market. In total, we reach around 42 million TV households with our 15 stations in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. In our core business we are growing through new TV channels and our HD distribution business, which will continue to grow dynamically in the coming years.

The most important growth driver of the ProSiebenSat.1 Group is our successful digital and venture portfolio. These include Germany's largest video-on-demand provider maxdome, our online games division and a fast-growing e-commerce portfolio. We also operate an independent music label with starwatch Entertainment. And through the Red Arrow Entertainment Group we develop, produce and sell international TV programs worldwide.

ProSiebenSat.1 thus has a broad and stable sales and earnings basis. Our goal is to continue to grow profitably in the future and sustainably increase our earning power. By 2018, we want to increase our sales by one billion euros compared to 2012. ProSiebenSat.1 Media AG was founded in 2000 and its head office is in Unterföhring near Munich. The group is listed and employs around 3,500 people in twelve countries.
