Jane Lynch hosts NBC’s The Weakest Link

NEWS BRIEF: US broadcast network NBC has renewed its rebooted version of BBC gameshow format The Weakest Link for a second season.

Actor and comedian Jane Lynch (Glee) will return as host and exec producer for the second 13-episode run. The format is distributed by BBC Studios and the US reboot is coproduced by BBC Studios’ LA production arm and Universal Television Alternative Studio.
