Vice TV show to spotlight US economy

Millennial-focused cablenet Vice TV has ordered a weekly factual series titled No Mercy, No Malice with Professor Scott Galloway, which sheds light on the inner workings of the US economic system.

No Mercy, No Malice is presented by New York Times bestselling author and NYU business professor Scott Galloway and looks into how Wall Street is operating against the backdrop of the US response to the Covid-19 crisis.

Galloway connects the dots between what is reported as news and what’s really happening in the backchannels and boardrooms of big business, and how those decisions affect average consumers, investors and business owners struggling in the midst of a pandemic.

No Mercy, No Malice is produced by Red Arrow-owned prodco 44 Blue Productions. Stephanie Noonan Drachkovitch, John Ferracane, David Hale and Dan Snook serve as exec producers, while Galloway and Greg Shove co-exec produce the series.

The series, Vice TV’s first project with Galloway and marking his debut as a host of a primetime show, is set to premiere on May 7.

No Mercy, No Malice joins the latest set of programming from Vice TV produced in response to Covid-19 alongside Vice Quarantine Hour, Vice News Tonight: Remote, Shelter in Place with Shane Smith and Seat at the Table.
