Universal TV gets Proven Innocent

Proven Innocent premieres on Fox in the US this month

NBCUniversal International Networks has picked up a US legal drama starring Kelsey Grammer for its Universal TV network in the UK and Africa.

Proven Innocent has been licensed from Twentieth Century Fox Television Distribution ahead of its premiere on Fox in the US on February 15.

The series follows an underdog criminal defence firm led by Madeline Scott, played by Rachelle Lefevre (Under the Dome, A Gifted Man), a fierce and uncompromising lawyer with a hunger for justice.

Produced by 20th Century Fox Television, in association with Danny Strong Productions, the 13×60’ series will premiere in the UK and Africa on Universal TV from March 2019.
