Universal Kids adds Paris time-travel drama

Hulu pre-bought Cottonwood Media’s Find Me in Paris

Universal Kids in the US has acquired second-window rights to tween live-action series Find Me in Paris after Hulu pre-bought the show last year.

The NBCUniversal Cable Entertainment-owned network will air the series following its debut on Hulu.

It is produced by Paris-based Cottonwood Media along with German broadcaster ZDF and its commercial arm ZDF Enterprises, with Federation Kids & Family and ZDFE handling international distribution.

Find Me in Paris follows a young dancer and princess who, poised to become the next young star of the ballet world in 1905, is sent into the 21st century after putting on a magical necklace.

Other broadcasters to have acquired the series include France Télévisions, Disney in France and Italy, ABC in Australia and VRT in Belgium.
