UKTV picks Parks & Rec

UKTV channel Dave has acquired seasons four to seven of the recently concluded US comedy Parks & Recreation from NBCUniversal International Distribution.

Episodes of the sitcom, which stars Amy Poehler (Inside Out) and Chris Pratt (Jurassic World) alongside Aziz Ansari, Aubrey Plaza, Adam Scott and Nick Offerman, will also be available on UKTV’s on-demand service, UKTV Play.

Previous seasons of the comedy, set in the office of the Parks and Recreation department in the fictional town of Pawnee, Indiana, aired in the UK on BBC4.

NBC in the US showed the final episodes of the series on February 24. Dave will begin airing the fourth season on July 27.
