Turner choses Prime’s Best Directors

Hollywood’s Best Film Directors includes interviews with directors such as Ron Howard

WarnerMedia-owned Turner Broadcasting System has bought cinema- and celebrity-focused factual series from producer and distributor Prime Entertainment Group for its operations in the Middle East, North Africa and Greece.

Turner Broadcasting System Europe, which operates in the UK, Europe, Africa and the Middle East, has bought more than 75 episodes of series including Stars! and Hollywood’s Best Film Directors.

Hollywood’s Best Film Directors includes 91 half-hour exclusive interviews with directors including George Lucas, Francis Ford Coppola, Ron Howard and Danny Boyle.

Stars! features 105 four-minute portraits of celebrities including Jennifer Lawrence, Chris Pratt, Bradley Cooper and Penelope Cruz.

Turner will air the series on its TCM channel in 25 countries including Greece, Morocco, Oman, UAE and Qatar.
