As part of Content London On Demand – the virtual version of C21’s annual international TV conference – Film London and British Film Commission chief executive Adrian Wootton spoke with a trio of producers who were among a handful able to continue shooting as Covid-19 swept the globe.

Sheri Elwood is the creator, showrunner and executive producer of Nova Scotia-set Canadian drama series Feudal for CBC; Georgie Mathew is producer at Yellow Bird, the Swedish outfit behind adaptations of Stieg Larson’s Millennium trilogy and Wallander, plus new SVT/DR drama Snow Angels; and Charlotte Surtees is a British producer whose credits include Sky comedy Code 404.

They talk with Wootton about how they managed to carry on with making their shows amid the pandemic, the protocols put in place and lessons learned from the experience they hope to take forward into future productions.
