TV2 acquisitions executive Mette Kühnell Petersen discusses how the Danish pubcaster adapted its schedule in the absence of live sports and entertainment and is now placing greater emphasis on documentaries after it was given the green light to buy for a dedicated section within its VoD service.

Kühnell Petersen talks to Karolina Kaminska about how the network is hunting for premium feature docs, especially in the true crime genre, and is becoming more aggressive with pre-buys in the face of increased domestic and global competition.

UK indie SandStone Global was able to turn its latest Bettany Hughes-fronted history series for Channel 5 around during lockdown. Hughes, who is also creative director, joins director of production Ruth Sessions to speak with Clive Whittingham about how they did it, and why the company remains determined to tell challenging stories of contemporary significance, whatever the travel restrictions.
