Toonami block for Cartoon Network Spain

Cartoon Network Spain is set to launch a Toonami block in its schedule this September, adding the shows Transformers Armada and XMen Evolution to its daily grid.

Aimed at tween and teen audiences, Toonami will go to air at 14.40 and 18.45 on weekdays for one hour. Slated for weekend slots is Toonami XXL, a two-hour window containing Detective Conan, Batman Beyond and Shaman King along with the two weekday toons.

In Spain, Cartoon Network is available on the Digital+, Auna, Ono, Retecal and Telecable platforms. The net first appeared in 1999 and now reaches into 2.2m subscriber homes.
