Moorefield, previously director of global distribution, is now VP of global distribution at TJHC and will spearhead the company’s global content distribution strategy.

The exec’s new responsibilities include overseeing sales of all forms of media across TV, cable, home video and theatrical in all territories.

Moorefield reports to Chris Lytton, chief operating officer and executive VP of strategy and business affairs, at TJHC’s headquarters in Hollywood.

The company’s distribution efforts were previously led by Claudia Balzer Scott-Hansen, who joined from 9 Story Media Group as senior VP of global distribution in 2018.

TJHC’s library includes Dinosaur Train, Dot., Doozers, Splash & Bubbles, Word Party, Fraggle Rock, The Wubbulous World of Dr Seuss, Labyrinth, The Dark Crystal, Storyteller and Farscape.

“Anna joined us with a strong background in digital distribution and her efforts have made a tremendous impact on our overall digital strategy, including the roll-out of new brands as well as re-introducing our revered catalogue of classics to existing fans and new audiences,” said Lytton.

Before joining TJHC in 2015, Moorefield served as an account manager for the international television and digital distribution team at Lionsgate.

Prior to joining Lionsgate in 2011, Moorefield worked as a freelance writer for marketing, arts and entertainment companies.
