Temple Street enters third-party sales

The distribution arm of Canadian producer Temple Street Productions has picked up third-party IP for global sale for the first time in the form of kids’ series Ollie! The Boy Who Became What He Ate.

The programme is being developed and produced by Radical Sheep Productions, Mickey Rogers Media and Canadian pubcaster CBC.

The animated show is a series of 11-minute episodes promoting healthy eating through the eyes of lead character Ollie, who is a picky eater. It’s based on the children’s book by Sheena Macrae.

Temple Street Distribution launched in August this year and will be the exclusive global distributor of the show while also representing merchandising and licensing opportunities. It’s the first time the sales arm has taken a property from outside the Temple Street stable.
