Televisa collars Pat the Dog for Mexico

Pat the Dog has been broadcast in Lat Am by Discovery Kids

Mexican broadcaster Televisa has picked up the first season of childrens’ animated series Pat the Dog from French distributor Superights.

The series is produced by Paris-based prodco Superprod and French animation outlet Angouleme, alongside Italy’s Animoka.

Pat the Dog has already been widely broadcast in Latin American via Discovery Kids, who also secured the rights to the upcoming second season.

Pat the Dog had previously been acquired by Warner Media for its channels across EMEA as well as by Disney for its channels in Spain, France, the Netherlands, Russia and Germany.

The series is available across the globe and is broadcast on France Télévisions, Rai, Radio Canada, RTS, TV3, VRT, YLE, MTVA and Chinese VoD service Mango TV.
