Tamron Hall gets second run

Walt Disney Television has renewed daytime talk show Tamron Hall for a second season.

Named after its host, US journalist Tamron Hall, the show debuted in September this year on ABC-owned networks and local channels across the US and Canada.

It has been renewed in more than 80% of the region, according to Walt Disney Television, including the ABC Owned Television Stations Group and the Hearst Television stations.

Hall said: “From inspiring interviews with guests like Tyler Perry and Kelly Rowland to in-depth discussions on issues like the opioid epidemic and domestic violence, nothing is off limits – we’re here to ‘talk about it.'”

Tamron Hall is produced by Walt Disney Television and distributed in national syndication by Walt Disney Direct-to-Consumer & International. Hall and Bill Geddie exec produce, while Talia Parkinson-Jones is co-exec producer.
