UK telecoms outfit TalkTalk has acquired hundreds of shortform videos produced by Disney-owned multiplatform specialist Maker Studios.

The deal with Disney UK and Ireland makes TalkTalk the first pay TV platform in the UK to offer both Maker Studios original series and content from its vast creator network on demand.

The content has been sourced from the work of global and local creators such as Shameless Maya, How Ridiculous, Noodlerella, Daym Drops and Camila Coelho.

Jobsworth, Party Fun Times, Cover Versions, In a Galaxy, Learn It or Burn It and Prank School with Rahat are among the original series available now via TalkTalk following the deal.

Content covering genres such as gaming, lifestyle, family and entertainment from the Maker Studios network will be refreshed on a monthly basis.
