Swedish broadcaster TV3 has ordered more episodes of its local version of Global Agency’s culinary format Blind Taste.

The Modern Times Group-owned channel has ordered 28 additional episodes of the series, which sees a celebrity chef teach four contestants the same recipe and gives them two hours to cook it for themselves. At the end, the participants are blindfolded and asked to judge the four dishes.

Meanwhile, Star TV in Greece has licensed 55 more episodes of the format following its launch last October.

Blind Taste has previously been acquired by networks in Russia, Ukraine and Albania.

Turkey-based Global Agency CEO Izzet Pinto said he hoped to close deals for the format in eight more territories this year.
