Super RTL, Cartoonito bag Justin Time

Germany’s Super RTL and Italy’s Cartoonito have bought the third season of preschool animation Justin Time.

The Disney-RTL joint venture and the Turner-owned preschool channel are the first to pick up season three, titled Justin Time Go! (22×11’). Along with the 22 episodes, the channels will air 2×22’ special mini-movies of the creation by Toronto-based producer-distributor Guru Studio.

Mary Bredin, executive VP of content at Guru Studio, secured the Super RTL renewal, while Cartoonito’s deal was brokered by Dominic Gardiner, CEO of Jetpack, the UK based firm that licenses the show internationally.

Justin Time centres on the round-the-world adventures of Justin and his imaginary chums Olive and Squidgy.
