Studio Lambert fills key jobs

All3Media-owned Studio Lambert, the production outfit behind Channel 4 format Gogglebox in the UK and CBS’s Undercover Boss, has made three top-level appointments.

Tim Harcourt, who joined Studio Lambert in 2012 as head of development, has been promoted to creative director. His credits include Gogglebox, The Great Interior Design challenge for BBC2 and How to Get a Council House for C4.

In his new role, Harcourt will have an overview of the company’s development and lead its day-to-day pitching in the UK.

He will be replaced by Jack Burgess, who has been head of development at NBCUniversal International since April 2013. Burgess was previously responsible for a non-scripted slate feeding into NBCU companies such as Monkey and Chocolate.

Meanwhile, the London-based studio has promoted Gogglebox showrunner Tania Alexander to director of factual entertainment.

Harcourt, Alexander and Studio Lambert’s staff exec producers will continue to report to Stephen Lambert, who divides his time between his roles as CEO of Studio Lambert and chairman of LA-based All3Media America.
