Starz gobbles up RGTV’s Kid Diners

Starz in the US has acquired a show about unusual dining experiences from the perspective of two children who love to eat.

Farpoint Films’ Kid Diners

Kid Diners (13×30′) is from Canadian producer Farpoint Films and sold by US producer and sales house Rive Gauche Television (RGTV), which has also sold a raft of programming to Foxtel in Australia.

Operation Repo, Catch My Killer, Evil Twins, Happily Never After, Ice Cold Killers, Most Likely To… and Sins & Secrets will all become available via the Aussie pay TV operator.

Elsewhere, Regal Media Group in the Philippines has added Fix It & Finish It and Ultimate Homes from RGTV, while Discovery UK and CBS AMC Networks have added Operation Repo.

Polsat in Poland took My Strange Addiction and My Crazy Obsession, while Homicide Hunter went to Fox Asia and A+E Networks in the UK, CEE and Benelux. A+E Networks CEE also licensed Ice Cold Killers.

Cineplex and Mediaplex in Thailand, National Geographic in various European territories and Macias Group in Mexico also acquired multiple seasons of The Dog Whisperer, confirmed RGTV CEO Jon Kramer.
