SNI starts Hart for Mipcom

MIPCOM: Scripps Networks Interactive (SNI) has unveiled its slate for Mipcom, including a show starring YouTube talent Hannah Hart.

Hart fronts SNI’s series I Hart Food (6×30′), which is produced by Morgan Spurlock’s US prodco Warrior Poets and uncovers the favourite dishes on a region-by-region basis across America.

Toronto prodco RTR Media is behind Home Town, which sees Erin and Ben Napier attempting to update and preserve historical homes in their small Mississippi hometown, while ITV Studios’ Texas Cake House follows an Austin, Texas-based cake artist’s work.

Elsewhere, Flip or Flop Atlanta sees Ken and Anita Corsini refurb old southern homes while SNI is also selling the revamped version of Man v Food with Casey Webb.

SNI, which is being bought by Discovery Communications for US$14.6bn, also has a special episode of Building Off the Grid: Windy Mountain, featuring a couple who build an off-the-grid cabin in the wilderness of Wyoming.
