Sky Vision plots North route to Cannes

UK-based distributor Sky Vision is taking a raft of titles from True North to next week’s MipTV market in Cannes, including a factual entertainment show about property.

Climbing the Property Ladder (6×60) follows people developing their houses in order to sell them for a profit and was coproduced with GroupM Entertainment for Channel 5 in the UK.

Meanwhile, Park Life (8×60′), produced for the UK’s More 4, explores life in the Lake District, while A1: Highway Patrol (15×60′) was made for BBC12 and charts the daily struggle to keep the highway moving.

Sky Vision become the exclusive distributor for all of True North’s wholly owned programmes earlier this year, having taken a majority stake in the producer last year.
