Primate Planet Productions’ Monkey World

Sky’s free-to-air channel Pick has acquired Monkey Life (20×30′), a Primate Planet Productions show following staff and animals at the world’s largest ape and monkey rescue centre, along with Worldmark Films’ Caught on Dash Cam (2×60′) and Seven Productions’ Surveillance Dashcam (6×30′).

Meanwhile, Discovery will air WAGTV’s What on Earth? (12×60′); Copycat Killers (13×60′) from US prodco Story House; and Forces TV Productions’ Para Platoon: Ready For Anything (8×30′) on its factual, lifestyle and entertainment channels in the UK.

Paul Heaney, TCB’s CEO, said: “All these shows have grunt – they’re resilient, hard-working, have universal traction and work well as re-runs. They’re perfect for broad-based factual channels like Pick and Discovery, and we’re confident they’ll rate well for them.”
