Sinking Ship, Scott Bros prep preschool toon

PRIME TIME: Canadian firms Sinking Ship Entertainment and Scott Brothers Entertainment are co-developing a preschool animated series based on HGTV stars the Property Brothers.

Builder Brothers’ Dream Factory is being made in collaboration with the sibling duo, Drew and Jonathan Scott, and will be sold by Sinking Ship Entertainment’s distribution arm.

“Jonathan and I are grateful for our incredibly engaged kid fanbase and have wanted to do something more for this audience since launching our series of kids’ books, Builder Brothers,” said Drew Scott.

Blair Powers, Sinking Ship exec producer and founding partner, added: “It’s fantastic to be working with Scott Brothers Entertainment, who have such a similar ethos, who are not afraid to take risks and – although we both make very different content – we still share a lot of the same values.”
