Showcasing and exploring life in the real modern-day Amazonia. Pedro will use his wealth of experience – as well as a few influential friends – to look at the issues and policies affecting the Amazon region today.
Each episode will feature Pedro in a different part of the Amazon celebrating its natural wonders and the unique skills of the people who live there. While also exploring how the extraordinary wealth concentrated here – rich mineral resources, soaring rainforests, wildlife and human diversity – has ignited a war in the Amazon without a clear solution.
