For decades, local authorities in Connersville, Indiana have blundered their investigation into
the disappearance of their most promising 18-year old student athlete, Denise Pflum. It's a
town where drugs have replaced manufacturing and everybody knows everybody a little too
well. There are confessions, there are witnesses and there are three main suspects who still live
in Connersville, but strangely, have never been arrested for her disappearance. Now, one
female detective from two towns over is taking a fresh crack at this 34-year old cold case. and
she says she can solve it.
