Betraying the Badge flips the true crime format on its head by telling the twist-filled stories of corrupt cops that tried to use their badge to get away with dirty deeds, from running a brothel to murdering for the mafia to stealing and dealing untold amounts of drugs.
Each episode presents a personal, character-driven story of cops who went from upholding the law to breaking it, while examining the backwards bureaucratic and legal systems that nearly allowed these corrupt cops to get away with their crimes.
