Winter is back in France, and hospitals are overwhelmed. At Hôpital Poincaré, a pipe burst, flooding the emergency ward; patients and caregivers have had to take up the floor occupied by the general medicine department, where Alyson (ALICE BELAÏDI) and Hugo (ZACHARIE CHASSERIAUD) are interning. Meanwhile, Chloé (LOUISE BOURGOIN) does everything she can to go back to practicing again, in spite of her poor health. Neither has heard from Arben (KARIM LEKLOU) since his sudden, unexplained, departure. Now, all three must find their footing in crisis mode, under the supervision of Doctor Olivier Brun (BOULI LANNERS), the new head of the emergency ward.
