When Karl, Max and their friend Yvon find an unconscious man covered in blood in a wrecked car that catches fire and explodes, their lives are changed forever. At their feet they discover a bag containing a gun—and a pile of cash. After taking the $2.6 million, Karl and Max, who had lived uneventful lives until then, are thrust into a world where they don’t belong. In spite of themselves, they get caught up in a million-dollar race against organized crime. As they are carried along by events, they try to salvage their dreams and their love lives, but first they have to save their own skins.
