Norwegian Film Institute

The Norwegian Film Institute administers government financial support and other support mechanisms for the development, production and distribution of Norwegian audiovisual productions. The Institute is the national centre for the development of talent and ideas in the Norwegian film, television and games industry, and is working actively to promote film culture and the Norwegian film heritage among a wide audience domestically and internationally.
