We all want to take care of our physical and mental health but finding the time can be tough. With so much conflicting information out there, how do you cut through to the stuff that really works? In this new health series, Kate Quilton and Dr. Javid Abdelmoneim will explore the simple changes we can all make that could lead to huge health benefits. For example, can doing good deeds help us live longer and does spending time in green spaces reduce anxiety? Working with volunteers and scientists from across the UK, this series shines a light on all the very latest scientific evidence around four key well-being areas: bringing down your biological age, managing stress, beating pain, and sticking to a healthy diet. Along the way, we’ll see if yoga and Tai chi can alleviate pain and examine if virtual reality can help with phobias.
