A storm is a meteorological phenomenon that occurs when one has to manage three children, self-employment, an ex and his much too young new girlfriend, childcare schedules, school, lunches, a new employee… Right in the middle of this perfect storm, we find Isabelle, 39 years old, a single mother who must contend with all these wonderful people, in addition to putting up with a sister who is better than her at everything, a mother who reminds her that her sister is better than her at everything, and a veritable desert for a love life. Perfect Storm is a series about the mental strain endured by strong and modern female characters. The series deals with family, separation, and most particularly, the pressure of trying to keep it all together.
