DON’T STOP THE MUSIC is the new music entertainment show that celebrates the nation’s musical culture by introducing classic artists from the 80s and 90s to a younger audience in the ultimate music video. In each episode, the show’s three comic hosts must convince a musical hero from the past to collaborate with them in making a totally over-the-top video for one of their most well-known songs. With a limited budget, the artist must rely on the team’s creativity and energy to relight their career and their popularity. But it won’t be an easy task. In just a few weeks the comedians must get to know the artist they’re working with, win their trust and gain their approval for a music video that will most likely pull them out of their comfort zone. Each episode ends with the big unveiling of the music video for the artist, their friends and family, and their biggest fans. We see the reaction of the audience as the video plays, before watching the whole thing in full. Will the video be a success?
