Fittest Family is a primetime entertainment show that has taken Sunday nights by storm. We searched for the fittest, fastest and strongest families across the country. After intensive physical testing, sixteen families qualify to enter the most extreme fitness competition ever.
Over eight episodes, these elite families compete against each other on some of the toughest endurance courses in the country. Families’ strength and teamwork is pushed to the limit.
Each week sees the weakest family eliminated until there’s just one family left standing. This extraordinary family win for themselves a cash prize, and most importantly, the title of ‘Nation’s Fittest Family’.
