Eddy and the Ecosaurs Aimed at kids aged 5-8, Eddy and the Ecosaurs (52 x 11’) is a CG animated series following novice scientist Eddy and his junior dinosaur crew thinking BIG to help others, all around Volcano Valley. Each dino has a specialist skill that befits their natural talents and size. Together, they help their evolving community of dino and human friends with all sorts of challenges and problems, using a winning mix of dino-strength, cool tech and teamwork. Only one problem: on the other side of the Volcano lives Lucy Lava – a highly ambitious inventor who thinks everything’s a competition with Eddy. Speakers: Harry Teper and ​​Darren Jones Iwájú wájú is an all-new original series coming to Disney+ in 2022. The series is a first-of-its-kind collaboration between Walt Disney Animation Studios and Pan-African comic book entertainment company Kugali and its founders Tolu Olowofoyeku, Ziki Nelson and Hamid Ibrahim. “Iwájú,” which roughly translates to “The Future” in the Yoruba language, is steeped in science fiction. The long-form series is set in Lagos, Nigeria, exploring deep themes of class, innocence and challenging the status quo. Says director Ziki Nelson, “This show will combine Disney's magic and animation expertise with Kugali's fire and storytelling authenticity. Iwájú represents a personal childhood dream of mine to tell my story and that of my people.” Speakers: Orion Ross and Ziki Nelson Dodger Created and written by Emmy award-winning Rhys Thomas, Dodger is a new ten-part family adventure series set to air next year on CBBC and BBC iPlayer. Produced by Universal International Studios, a division of Universal Studio Group, the series is a funny, optimistic, and fast paced comedy drama, full of jeopardy. It follows the exploits of infamous pickpocket, The Artful Dodger & Fagin’s gang as they find ingenious ways to survive Victorian London in the 1830s. Starring Christopher Eccelston, David Threlfall, Billy Jenkins, Saira Choudhry and Javone Prince, amongst an array of other stars, the series features some familiar characters and a whole gallery of colourful, new ones created by Rhys Thomas and Lucy Montgomery.
