Superhero high

After being accepted into the prestigious Warner Bros Television Writers’ Workshop, aspiring showrunner Mazariegos hit gold with his first series pitch idea, High & Mighty.
The show focuses on a lazy 20-something, played by Diaz, who discovers he has superhero powers – but only when drunk or stoned.
Produced by Stage 13, Warner Bros’ original digital platform for emerging scripted and unscripted talent, the show had its world premiere last month at the Sundance Film Festival in Utah.
