Three fresh and eager co-ed best friends learn the nursing profession together at a local clinic. They each bring a youthful idealism and drive to the three-year program in a different way. The three also share an apartment, so the combination of an intense, shared student life and their own personal lives produces some expected as well as unexpected fireworks.
Stories revolve around the destinies of patients and their caregivers on the other side of the operating room and invasive treatments. Because the heart is needed more at this stage of care than surgical precision, some rules and protocols get bent, hopefully for the sake of healing. At the center is sticking together, support and growth – in short, friendship conquers all.
