This series showcases Gok Wan’s humour, and lifelong love of the kitchen – but most importantly his skill as a brilliant home cook. Each episode features three delicious recipes from Gok’s personal collection or recipes he’s adapted from family.
As well as showing us how to make them Gok will recount stories and anecdotes from his childhood and culture that relate to the dishes. Gok will show us how to make them simply, whether they are classics of the many South East Asian cuisines, new inventions or his very own, and sometimes retro takes on the food we know and love.
These tales and the cooking itself will is packed full of energy and humour while highlighting Gok’s ability as an excellent home cook!
