Archer is the perfect mix of the intrigue of James Bond and the family feud antics of Arrested Development. The show centres on super-suave master spy Sterling Archer as he deals with global espionage and a dysfunctional personal life. Archer is slick, suave and unbelievably narcissistic and although he may glide through a world of crisp suits, fast cars and loose women, he’s still working for his domineering mother (Jessica Walter, Arrested Development).
The animated comedy series revolves around an spy agency and the lives of its employees. Although their work of espionage is daunting and dangerous, every covert operation is actually just another excuse to sabotage each other for personal gain.
