NEWS BRIEF: Dutch commercial broadcaster SBS6 has renewed singing competition format We Want More for a second season.

Created by John de Mol and produced by ITV Studios, the first season of We Want More concluded yesterday. The show sees contestants perform in the studio in front of five judges in the hope of making it through to the next stage. After two rounds, the 11 best candidates compete in the final, with the winner receiving €100,000 (US$118,455).
