Satisfaction, 44 Blue pick Mediapro formats

Forever or Never uses make-up and prosthetics to ‘age’ participants

44 Blue Productions in the US, Talpa Middle East and Ah Productions in France have all picked up the rights to adapt Mediapro and Phileas Productions’ format Forever or Never.

The dating show, co-distributed by Phileas Productions and Imagina International Sales, gives participants the chance to see what their potential life partners look like at three times’ their current age, then twice their age. They can then see what they look like in the present. Alongside this, the parents and grandparents of the participants help them pick the right partner.

Never Far Away, meanwhile, has been sold to Ah Productions parent Satisfaction Group in France.

Also co-distributed by Phileas and Imagina, the factual entertainment title allows people who are separated from their family due to circumstances – such as military personnel fighting abroad, immigrants or fishermen – to share the most important celebrations and moments of their lives together.

More sales for the formats are excepted to be announced soon. Both shows are produced and developed by Spanish firms Mediapro and Phileas Productions.
